FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01. Do you have a shop?

I don't (although I'd love one!) but I often attend fairs and events. Dates and details will be listed on the website and across our social media channels. Keep in touch.

02. Do you take commissions.

Yes! Everything I make is either unique or part of a very limited run but I'm happy to take orders and work on any bespoke ideas you might have. Get in touch.

03. Do you deliver?

I can deliver locally (ten mile radius of Leamington Spa) by arrangement only. Postage and packing is standard Royal Mail (2nd Class unless otherwise requested) within 48 hours of order and payment confirmation. Please contact us for overseas postage.

04. Do you accept returns?

Because all my items are of a vintage, retro or recycled nature, there may well be some slight imperfections - I try really hard to use only the best quality and any quirks are just part and parcel of each item’s unique charm. Whilst I do my best to ensure that these are at the very least, minimal, I am unable to accept returns based on this. However, I guarantee that everything I send out is of the very best quality and well packaged to ensure items are received in good order.

05. Packaging

In line with my passion for recyling, I try where possible to employ the same principles to all packaging and will re-use and recycle to the best of my abilities - I hope you approve.
